Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking available

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary for international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium tack and riding apparel with a commitment to your satisfaction. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy

We accept returns of most unworn, unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Grooming or Pest Control Supplies
  • Fly Apparel or Summer Sheets
  • Footwear (if worn)
  • Gloves (if worn)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • For exchanges: specify desired replacement item(s)
  • Confirmation that items are in original condition with tags and packaging

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

International customers: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). PayPal refunds return to your PayPal balance.

Exchange Policy

For size or style exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the return
  • You’re responsible for any price difference

Tip: To expedite your exchange, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged equestrian gear:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
