Our Return Policy

We accept returns of most unworn, unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your safety and ours, certain equestrian equipment cannot be returned (see exceptions below).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products from our range cannot be returned:

  • Grooming or Pest Control Supplies
  • Fly Apparel or Summer Sheets
  • Footwear (if worn)
  • Gloves (if worn)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Equestrian Supplies Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for the following item(s) from order #[Your Order Number]: – Product Name: – Quantity: – Reason for return/exchange: [For exchanges, please specify desired replacement item(s)] I confirm the item(s) are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Affix the provided return label and ship to:

Note: For international returns outside the US, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). For PayPal payments, refunds return to your PayPal balance.

Exchange Policy

For size or style exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
  3. You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged item

To expedite your exchange, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective equestrian gear:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
